MEDITATION

Our highly experienced mindfulness and meditation experts will perform anywhere from 30 minutes to 1hour of service before, in the middle of or after work. Each time of day has a benefit and can be implemented to best serve as the most convenient time of day for your staff. Morning benefits: Helps set the tone for a positive and productive workday for the day. Lunch: helps to lift attitude and decrease the end of workday burnout After work: Can help to let go of stress so that staff can leave work behind and be more present for their home life increasing desire to return the next day with a more relaxed attitude.
